Suffolk Gold, which is my personal favourite cheese, is a creamy, semi-hard farmhouse, fresh cheese with a delicious flavour and a rich golden colour.
What I like about Suffolk Farmhouse Cheeses is that it is a small family-run business which was established in 2004 by a married couple in Suffolk. Since then, it has won a lot of awards, for example the "Green Award" for its holistic approach, which means feeding whey to the pigs, rearing their bull calves for beef and growing as much of their own cow feed as possible. I can highly recommend Suffolk Gold, once you have tried it you definitely won't be willing to buy other cheeses!
